Situated close to the Parc Chanot and Stade Vélodrome (football stadium), the hotel welcomes you near the Arsenal district, its numerous cafes with terrace and the theatre, Théâtre de la Criée. The studios and apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchen area, and some even have air coolers. Linen and towels are provided, and the apartments are cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge.
